You might think that the world has moved beyond the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, that the world no longer has a need for funky white-man-rap alternative rock full of nonsense words and sexual innuendo directed mostly at your mum.
You might well be right, but they’re apparently still pretty entertaining if you put them in a car with a late (late) night TV show host and make them sing along to their own songs.
James Corden held his own with the band as they crammed the 5 of them in an SUV and belted out such hits as “Can’t Stop“, “Give It Away“, “Californication“, “Dark Necessities“, “Under The Bridge” and “By The Way“.
Flea and Anthony Kiedis also sang a rather bizarre a capella song they apparently invented as kids which is somehow even less sensical than their actual songs.
In case that’s not enough for you, they also pop their shirts off and do some high school wrestling on the lawn of some rando’s house in LA.
