GWAR, a popular Virginian boyband consisting of zero phucks and a flamboyant costumier with a great red corn syrup recipe, made like the embodiment of edgy hardcore styling itself this weekend past by decapitating an effigy of Australia’s Prime Minister Tony Abbott on stage at Soundwave, the jugular veins of which then proceeded to rain down liquid m/ love on a pit of unwitting photographers and bloodthirsty revellers.
Earlier in the set, GWAR also reportedly invited a giant phallus onto the stage. It too ejaculated blood on all and sundry.
