Along with all the old favourites, those of you who trekked up to Splendour in the Grass scored a hell of a good opportunity to check out some new and emerging artists from around the country.
And judging by the size of the crowd in photos, more than a few of you got heavily involved with the rollicking set from enigmatic Melbourne-based music dude Running Touch.
The largely-anonymous producer of dreamy, disparate electronica launched his newest single in late July, and now we’ve got a wee little Friday treat for y’all in the form of this exclusive first look at the accompanying music video.
Like the song and the artist themselves, the video for ‘Levitate (It’s All Too Perfect)‘ plays its hand pretty close to its chest, featuring little more than an obscured Touch digging deep into the Drake bag of dance moves in a largely empty warehouse.
Also there’s a bat-wielding maniac and a mostly nude woman in there too. Because… y’know… why the hell not, we guess.

Running Touch is on tour through September on a run of headline dates in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, before embarking on a full national tour in October as the support for SAFIA.
