U2 to Break Highest Grossing Tour Record

It was announced this week that U2 are on the cusp of breaking the world record for highest grossing tour of all time. Currently in the depths of the colossal 360 Tour The second Morumbi Stadium show in Sao Paulo Brazil will see them edge past the Rolling Stones who previously held the title with $558m. By the time the band concludes the world tour, that figure will be closer to $700m – not too shabby. The tour will also mark the record books as ‘most attended of all time’, which shows the strength of these dudes back catalogue. Considering the poor results No Horizon yielded.
