Look, it’s been yonks since our beautiful boy Troye Sivan was on Australian shores and who could blame him? When you’re playing at multiple Lollapalooza’s and collabing (and co-curating festivals) with your mate Charli XCX, you’re bound to get a little tied up.
After patiently waiting our turn, we finally got our own leg of The Bloom Tour this month.
Last week Sivan performed to a packed out Hordern Pavilion filled with fans dressed in their ‘Yee-haw’-best (yes, each show had it’s own dress up theme) and was supported by Thelma Plum and brother Tyde Levi.
Sivan absolutely killed it. From his sincere banter with the crowd to his strut-meets-glide on stage, all while bouncing between bangers and ballads, rocking multiple looks and keeping the energy in the room at an all-time high.
