Triple J Needs You To Munt Up & Remix The Play School Theme For Goog Reason

Play School has been around for a whopping 50 years.
Yep, that’s five whole decades of Old MacDonald having a farm, an appliance repeatedly conceding to being a Little Teapot (short, and stout) and Humpty Dumpty never learning that he cannot be trusted to keep his balance on tall walls.
And the good folk of triple j are today offering punters the chance to remix the iconic TV program’s theme tune, ‘There’s A Bear In There‘, into a gum-munching choon for the ages.
Munted Maurice, Fuck-Eyed Fergus and Goog-mima are all looking straight through that round window in KLP‘s remix, uploaded to kick the festivities off:
And how can you enter?
Download the Play School stems from triplejunearthed.com, mix it within an inch of its life and upload your heaving trax to the triple j Unearthed artist page with the title #playschoolremix so they can find it / bump to it.
Entries open today, and close on Sunday 19th May, so you’ve got plenny of time to mull over the ultimate track. If your mix is favoured, you’ll be notified of your ‘finalist’ status by June 2nd and the lucky winner’ll be announced on the 9th of the same month.
The best remixes will be played on JJJ, and the winner will be flown to Sydney to visit Play School (!!!) and take part in a very spesh one-on-one workshop with KLP herself.

It only feels like yesterday that Totally Wild‘s theme was Tasmanian-Devilled into a straight howler by producer Coach Bombay, and we pray this trend continues to grow with childlike enthusiasm.
We know Noni is proud of our endeavours to keep our minds open and wide.
