Everyone knew Flume was going to do what no dance artist has done before and take home the #1 spot on Triple J‘s 2016 ‘Hottest 100’: you knew it, we knew it and he sure as hell knew it.
But it would’ve been the height of kid-from-the-Sydney’s–Northern-Beaches arrogance if Harley Streten didn’t at least feign shock and awe for the cameras when the big moment finally arrived.
He pulled off a perfect and very endearing ‘Who, me?!’ when ‘Never Be Like You’ was announced as song of the year while he paid the studio and its rolling cameras a convenient visit.
Watch the A+ moment below, if you’re done arguing over the full list.
