A little over a week after unleashing her super shady revenge anthem ‘Look What You Made Me Do‘ on the world, Taylor Swift has gone ahead and casually dropped a minute-long snippet of another brand new song into a preview for an Alabama vs Florida college football game.
The newie is called ‘Ready For It’ and … look, unless it contains some kind of throwaway line about how Jake Gyllenhaal is a fuckboy or Katy Perry is a dirty lying liar, it seems to be a pretty straightforward pop banger about touchin’ in the middle of the night.
Is this Tay’s strategic way of letting us know that she’s gotten all the Kanye shit out of her system and made another album of wholesome, high-gloss 1989-esque pop? One would certainly hope so.

The video for ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ premiered at the MTV VMAs last week, and went on to break the record for the most views in a 24-hour period, previously set by Adele‘s ‘Hello‘. Tay’s new album Reputation arrives November 10.
