That magnificently shady Taylor Swift breakup album might be coming sooner than we all thought, at least if her high-ranking squad member and trusted consigliere Gigi Hadid is to be believed.
On Friday, Swift showed up to support Hadid as she walked in Tommy Hilfiger‘s New York Fashion Week show. Tay was seated in the front row, because of course she was, and lip-synced to ‘This Is What You Came For‘, because of course she did.
After the show, Hadid spoke to Entertainment Tonight, and casually dropped the fairly huge news that Tay is in the studio working on new music. She said:
“She’s obviously such a great friend, and you know, she is starting to go back to work in the studio again and really made time to be here for me and I am so grateful for that.”
Assuming that nothing in Taylor Swift’s life happens by accident and everything is planned down to the last, meticulous detail, she must have given Hadid her blessing to drop that ‘spontaneous’ bit of info into the conversation.
Either way, today is a good day, because new Tay Tay is incoming, and the time to play ‘spot the veiled references to Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston‘ is almost upon us. No wonder the screen of her phone is so bright, IT’S FULL OF SECRETS:
