Dylan Barnes is a 7-year-old who loves but two things: Taylor Swift and gettin’ crunk.
A video of him cutting shapes to Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’ went viral on YouTube, after which he was invited to perform on the Ellen DeGeneres show aka The Official Platform For YouTube Sensations.
So. Much. Sass.
Dylan’s efforts scored him tickets to one of Tay Tay’s 1989 concerts last Friday night, and Ellen said: “Hopefully we’re going to send you backstage, and you’re going to meet Taylor.”
Well, it did happen – and it was better than anyone could have hoped for, because they engaged in a passionate dance-off to ‘Shake It Off’ in someone’s living room.
She posted a video of the impromptu dance sesh on Instagram:
There’s a lot of jumping around, and a fair bit of what can only be called ‘interpretive dance’, but Dylan did nothing short of slay his meet-cute with Tay Tay.
TBH, he’s so focused on cutting sick that he, at times, appears to forget she’s even there.
The split leap and in-air fist pump? NO WORDS.
