Syd Indie Heroes Dappled Cities & Red Riders Are Hitting The Road Together

Here’s a fun one for you: Sydney indie rock royalty Dappled Cities – who have just announced their fifth studio album Five – have unveiled fellow indie legends Red Riders as the main support on their upcoming east coast tour.
Red Riders, you might remember, reunited for an intimate show over the weekend in Sydney. It’ll be 10 years since the two bands (and longtime mates) embarked on a double-header, sold out tour in 2007.
It’ll involve a hectic visual show featuring art from visual creatives including underground Californian artist, Paul Juno. They’ll be carving their way up the coast through May and June, bringing along another local support act at each show.
Dappled Cities recently announced City Recital Hall as the location for their Sydney album launch on Sunday June 4, as part of Vivid Sydney’s official 2017 program.
Should be a corker. Tickets are on sale now at www.dappledcities.com.
