It’s hard to believe that Daydream Nation was released over 20 years ago. Partly because Thurston Moore hasn’t aged a day – like seriously, that dude could release a cosmetics line called “Thurston Moore’s Fountain Of Sonic Youth” and it would sell, but mainly because The Eternal Sonic Youth’s 16th studio LP (yep count ’em) retains all the vitriolic swagger and abrasive guitar wizardry of their much loved earlier stuff.
Thankfully for music fans you can now stream “The Eternal” in its entirety here, while pondering exactly what you’ll doing when you turn fifty.
