Arguably one of the better, and rapidly becoming one of the most beloved, stops on the Australian summer festival circuit, St Jerome’s Laneway Festival is known for shirking its big budgeted brethren and bringing together a mix of the hottest, freshest, most relevant artists – both new and old – for a shithot festival tour of maximum cool/minimum dickheads.

Trust me when we say this, the 2015 edition is no exception to that rule. The festival has today dropped its lineup for the Summer events, and a quick glance confirms that it keeps managing to outdo itself.

Heading up proceedings is American axe-slinging legend St Vincent, aka Annie Clark, bringing her own unique style of shredding to Laneway for a tour of hot weather paired with hott lixx. Alongside her is arguably the breakout artist of 2014 in FKA Twigs, Swedish pop maestro Lykke Li, the fascinating gyration of Future Islands, and local legend Courtney Barnett.

But don’t take our word for it! Look upon the lineup, ye mighty! And despair (for it is awesome).
