Flume’s new single ‘Never Be Like You’ feat Kai is burning up charts ‘Straya-wide, currently sitting pretty at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart.
Now comes its trippy AF music video, directed by filmmaker Clemens Habicht and starring A+ Aussie actors Sophie Lowe and Sam Reid (+ keep your peepers open for a cameo from Flume himself).
How we’d describe it: a trip inside a semi-psychedelic, warped reality that feels like you’re looking at it through the barrel of a kaleidoscope.
How Habicht describes it: “In a confused state, a girl loses control as she gives in to a delirious beautiful and grotesque abandon that blurs the boundaries between reality, sensation and perception as the world she is in melts away.”

‘Never Be Like You’ and side track ‘Smoke & Retribution’, with Vince Staples & Kucka, will feature on the Sydney producer’s forthcoming second album ‘Skin’, the follow-up to his 2012 debut.
