Ferreira told triple j today: “I’ve never been to Australia before. I’m definitely coming in July for a festival, I think. I’m not quite sure [of the exact date], but it’s in my summer.”
Ferreira joins a couple of artists who have let it slip that they’ll be on the bill for Splendour in the Grass 2014 when they announcement in made in April (probably). London Grammar told The Vine that they are likely to play Splendour 2014 after missing out last year, and Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow admitted during his recent tour that he was likely to return for a festival in our wintertime. A nation of hip hop fans also have their fingers crossed that a Splendour headlining slot will figure into Outkast‘s reformation plans.
