Sam Smith and Disclosure Reunite For ‘Latch 2.0’, Drop Fresh Track ‘Omen’

Who can forget the musical beast that was ‘Latch’, the house track collaboration between Disclosure and Sam Smith that launched the latter’s career back in 2012 (147 million YouTube hits will do that)?

Now is the time to bend your ears around ‘Latch 2.0’ – the threesome have reunited for ‘Omen‘, the second single from Disclosure’s forthcoming album Caracal, which dropped this morning.
The dope video deserves an honourable mention: it’s the second part of a series of Ryan Hope-directed videos from the album, which follow a rebel named Mariella through a dystopian sci-fi landscape.
Have a listen:

If you’re into the story, here’s Part 1 of Mariella’s quest via Disclosure’s debut Caracal track, ‘Holding On‘:

You can preorder Caracal now, which might be a good idea given the epicness of this second Sam Smith collab and news Lorde that will also appear on the September album.
