Sydney-based dream-pop merchant Oliver Tank is about to release his first EP, ‘Dreams’, via Yes Please Records, home to the fantastic Guerre among others. Today we’ve got a sneak peek of one of our favourite tracks from the collection, ‘The Last Time’. Here’s what Oliver has to say about the tune:
This track’s about when you’re with someone you really care about and it all sort of falls apart. You replay those last moments over and over again in your head. It consumes you. Although at the same time it’s kind of liberating and inspiring. I really love the instrumentation for this song as well as the way it builds. Its another one of my favourites from the EP.
