It’s important to remain positive. Like when Philadelphia Grand Jury say “It might seem otherwise, but we’re pretty lucky with with drummers, because Susie is freaking amazing.” – a reference to their seemingly endless rotation of drummers – you kind of believe them. “Susie” being Susie Patten, the triple threat drummer/singer/vibe officer of lo-fi Brisbane outfit I Heart Hiroshima who, at the very least, matches the band’s founding members in enthusiasm. First look at Philly Jays 4.0 is this new clip for “Save Our Town”, a standard performance clip that was probably made with zero money, equipment or time but whatever, this jam is mad uplifting and cop that totally earnest double fist pump at 0:57.
