Pedestrian Presents Scratching The Surface – Tonight!

If you’re in Sydney this evening and you are fond of public art and good tunes – and who isn’t? – you should come along to “Scratching the Surface”, an installation and live painting event that’s part of the Creative Sydney program.

Scratching the Surface features the artwork of Beastman, Max Berry, Numskull, Phibs and Roach. Sydney band Cameras will also be performing. They make lovely smoky, slow burn tunes – think Mazzy Star meets Cat Power meets PJ Harvey’s ’90s grunge vibes. That sounds pretty damn good right?

Pedestrian is presenting the night along with Olympus, so we’ll be flitting about taking pictures of you and will later put them on this very website.

Register here – or if you just rock up that should be cool too.

Creative Sydney runs until 13 June www.creativesydney.com.au
