Break out the basketball shorts and deep heat up the limbs, you’re all coming out of mosh retirement. Enduring heavy blokes Parkway Drive are coming home.
The now-veteran Byron Bay group has been riffing for 15 years straight, releasing their 6th studio album Reverence earlier this month.
In celebration of that, the group has unveiled a slew of arena-sized dates for the Australian leg of their on-going tour in support of the album, and they’re bringing some heavy hitters with them to round out the bill.
Parkway’s Reverence tour swings through familiar soil beginning on October 25th in Canberra, after it chases the northern hemispheric summer with runs through both Europe and North America.
For the Australian leg of the tour, the group is bringing out long-time mates and metalcore godfathers Killswitch Engage to serve as chief support. Sydney outfit Thy Art Is Murder has been tapped to round the seriously big and ear-splitting bill out.
The Reverence tour is set to take in Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth, with all shows going down in big, big, big rooms. Plenty of space for (responsible) spin kicks, etc.

All tickets for the run of dates are set to go on sale from Thursday, May 24th (that’s this week, ya dummies) so start your hamstring stretches now.
The tour is set to feature “full production from Europe” in Australia for the first time, which almost certainly means a shitload of pyro. Hell yeah.
