I love stop motion’s ability to re-contextualize the seemingly mundane.
Take for example Israeli musician/director Oren Lavie’s film clip for “Her Morning Elegance” a dreamy combination of personified inanimate objects, walks through the street, precarious cliff face hanging, flying and rolling down hills – all from the comfort of your own bed. Oh the song isn’t too bad either!
