NSYNC Could Reunite For Super Bowl And Our Teen Selves Are Screaming

Grab your oversize jeans and flowing white shirts – your second-favourite boy band NSYNC are headed for a reunion.

Yep, the group famous for being the slightly shitter version of the Backstreet Boys (but spawning the mega-career of one Justin Timberlake) could very well be together again onstage at next year’s Super Bowl LII.

With Justin currently the frontrunner to headline the half-time show at the mammoth NFL event, peeps are speculating that he might bring his four lesser-known colleagues JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass and Joey Fatone out to join him.

Beyoncé pulled a similar stunt with her Destiny’s Child mates during the 2013 Super Bowl gig and it went viral as all hell. Who could forget Kelly Rowland nailing that dismount?

The very thought of an NSYNC reunion is tearing up our hearts, and what’s more, band member Joey Fatone hasn’t shot the talk down.

He told TMZ: “If it’s right, then we do it. But if everybody can’t do it, then we don’t do it. It’s pretty simple.”

Not to throw shade, but like what else have you really got going on that could trump the bloody Super Bowl, mate?

Although it is all just speculation RN, other NSYNC person Lance Bass told InStyle just last week that the band will get together to receive their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame “in the next few months”.

So plenty of time to talk Super Bowl setlist strategy, then.
