The former member of Fifth Harmony has been relatively slept on by the Australian public, but her latest offering, “Motivation”, has proven that she’s one of the most exciting up-and-coming names in the industry right now.
The music video, directed by none other than Dave Meyers, channels an early 00’s vibe and pays homage to iconic music videos from Beyoncé, Ciara, Britney Spears, J-Lo and more. The track itself was co-written by Ariana Grande, so you already know it’s the shit.
Normani is a trained dancer and gymnast, so it comes as no surprise that her moves have well and truly melted the internet:
