I always thought Gameboy/Gamegirl were cute, Tranter especially. Along with thinking they’re cute and humming their songs I google search them a bit, you know like to find out what the world is saying about Pedestrian’s love child… During one of my recent travels across the WWW I typed in ‘gameboy/gamegirl + NME’ not really knowing what could come up.
It took me as a huge surprise when I looked down and there was an article reading NME:“they’re like Hot Chip with a proper rock n roll frontman.”
I never really looked at it that way but you know what they say different strokes for different folks.
