There’s moments in Health’s “Die Slow” video that recalls La Tomatina, Spain’s annual excuse to hurl tomatoes at strangers like they owe you money. Except in Health’s version pulpy produce is replaced with bodily fluids and everyone has an orgy beforehand. Can’t remember reading that in Lonely Planet.
Quite fittingly, considering Health’s penchant for abrasive drone, the LA noise-merchants gather some attractive lady friends in a seething moshpit orgy (or is that orgy moshpit?) that increases in menace and blood loss as the clip progresses. Of course the scenario can only end it death but you have to admit, it’s a pretty rad way to go.
