Remember how Bjork was to pen a song for Finnish children’s film “Moomins and the Comet Chase” late last year? Well the clip for said song, “The Comet Song”, is now streaming on Bjork’s official website and it’s as creepy as you’d expect a Scandinavian children’s film about the impending obliteration of planet Earth to be. Which is to say, very. Especially when Bjork’s perpetually oceanic pipes start soaring skyward and what looks to be a sinister, molten ball of yarn encroaches closer ever closer.
“The Comet Song” hits iTunes today. All proceeds will go to UNICEF Pakistan children’s charities.
