Mariah Carey Not So Elusive, Announces Australian Tour

She of album title bizarre and an octave range that would instil fear into the hearts of legion fans, Mariah Carey has announced an Australia-wide tour in support of her syntax and sense defying 4556th album, Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse.

Can you even with that title?

It’s Mariah’s first national Australian tour since the Butterfly days of 1998, not including three East Coast shows she played in January 2013. She’ll deign to manifest her aura at a series of ~exclusive~ dates in the country beginning November 2nd in Perth, followed by an arena tour of Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney; dates are also scheduled for two Days on The Green at vineyards in Victoria and outside of Brisbane.

Presumably also on the itinerary: reclaiming valuable territory lost to ascendant diva Ariana Grande on her recent promotional junket of terror, probably though rubbing her signature scent onto every baroque chaise lounge she can get her handlers on.
