Macklemore has revealed he’ll return to Australia for a run of shows in 2018, and if you know of a better-timed tour announcement, we don’t want to bloody well hear about it.
Still coasting on the praise bestowed on his NRL Grand Final performance of Same Love – and the free publicity the 2013 pro-equality track received from its numerous detractors – the rapper has announced a string of shows in February.
He’ll be criss-crossing the east coast for the Gemini shows, taking to stages in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. And no, he won’t be performing at Margaret Court Arena for that last date:
