LET’S DANCE: Fatboy Slim Is Headlining The 2018 Electric Gardens Festival

No, this isn’t a stitch-up. Yes, that is a 100% true fact. The icon himself, Fatboy Slim, is officially headlining the 2018 Electric Gardens festival in Sydney.

The man born Norman Cook is returning to the festival he helped christen at its inaugural instalment in 2016, and in January he’s set to return to our dear sweet colonial shores.

Today’s announcement of artists also happens to include a sneaky little bit of Armand Van HeldenGorgon City, and MK, if Fatboy Slim alone wasn’t enough to get you hurling your body towards your credit cards.

The 2018 Electric Gardens festival takes over Centennial Park in Sydney on January 27th next year, that being the Australia Day long weekend.

The festival still has three rounds of artists announcements yet to come, with the massive, sprawling lineup set to fill four different stages inside the festival grounds.

Registration for pre-sale tickets is still currently open, and you can get squarely around it via the festival’s website.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale for 24 hours from 8am on Tuesday, August 15th. General public sales go live Wednesday, August 18th via Eventbrite.

We repeat: Fatboy Slim. In Sydney. This coming January.

Start limbering up now, pals.
