“King of Blues” Legend B.B. King Dies At 89

Blues legend and singer-guitarist B.B King has died in his Las Vegas home at the age of 89.

According to Variety he has been in poor health for some time, and entered hospice at the beginning of May this year.

B.B. King was one of the most influential blues guitarists of all time, and is credited with influencing guitarists in the leagues of Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

In 2011, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked him No. 6 in a list of the top 100 greatest guitarists of all time.

Shortly after his news of his death broke, Snoop Dogg Instagrammed this homage to the Blues legend:
