Kendrick Has Dropped More Details Of The New Record & Bloody U2 Are On It

We may not have the album itself yet, but we finally have a title and a track listing for Kendrick Lamar‘s much, much awaited fourth studio record. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce ‘Damn.‘.
The rapper posted the front and back sleeve for the follow-up to ‘To Pimp A Butterfly‘ on Twitter tonight, with the following very informative caption:

While objectively not as good as the record itself, it does give us an idea of what’s to come – like, say, an extremely perplexing collaboration with U2.
I personally don’t associate Bono with rap but, look, Kendrick is the professional and I’m happy to go with his judgment here. In less alarming news, we’ll also be getting some Rihanna on track six, ‘Loyalty‘:
  1. BLOOD.
  2. DNA.
  3. YAH.
  4. ELEMENT.
  5. FEEL.
  6. LOYALTY. FT. RIHANNA.
  7. PRIDE.
  8. HUMBLE.
  9. LUST.
  10. LOVE.
  11. XXX. FT. U2.
  12. FEAR.
  13. GOD.
  14. DUCKWORTH.
According to ‘The Independent‘, Apple has told them that the album will be available everywhere as of 9pm PST, on Thursday which is 2pm on Friday in AEST (unless I’ve really fucked that maths up).
You can have a listen to the single ‘Humble‘, to help you fill in 3 of the approximately 4,000 minutes remaining until release (you can also pre-order it here, if you like):
