It’s been a long, beautiful road, folks. What started as a joke online, eventually evolved into a fully-fledged crowdfunding campaign and now, a release: Run The Jewels‘ cat-remix of their sophomore album is here.
DREAMS.DO.
COME.
TRUE.
Meow The Jewels is made entirely from remixed cat sounds, and is available right now via a free download on the RTJ website.
A limited edish, vinyl version of MTJ is also available for purchase, with all proceeds going towards anti-police brutality charities—in honour of Mike Brown and Eric Garner—in the US.
did we make the silliest, occasionally most grating possible remix album? of course. and we did it for you, mike brown and Eric garner.
