The good biz for the warmer months is flowing like a chocolate waterfall today, with the based god St. Jerome kindly revealed the dates for the glittering 2017 Laneway Festival.
This time around, you’re gonna have to sort out your glitter faces and your baggy shirts a wee bit earlier than in previous years, as the festival has shifted itself forward by a few weeks to take in the scorching heat of January.
Festival head honchos revealed the dates for the annual travelling circus of the globe’s hottest on-the-cusp acts, with the first date landing in Singapore on January 21st, before respectfully landing in Brisbane on the Australia Day public holiday.
Annoyingly and predictably, festival organisers are keeping decidedly tight-lipped on the lineup details, but the wait will not be very long at all: The first lineup announcement is scheduled to rock your bodies in two weeks’ time on Wednesday, September 14th.
Until then, bust open those 2017 calendars and circle these dates in bold. This’ll be an absolute bloody cracker of a summer.
