Guy Sebastian Unveils His Eurovision Song Contest Entry

Last week, a viking metal band from Melbourne – sidebar: we’re so glad that’s a thing – weighed in on the decision to pick Guy Sebastian as Australia’s first official entrant in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Barbariön were fairly critical of the choice to send a “beige-coloured Volvo full of Subway rolls” into a contest whose hallmarks are dramatic flare and over-the-top performances, and warned that Guy might be eaten alive by some of the other contestants.
Overnight, the singer unveiled his official entry in the competition, a track called ‘Tonight Again’, explaining to Eurovision broadcaster SBS that he wanted something “homegrown and organic” for his entry.
