Oh, thank Christ.
Aussie music mainstay Myf Warhurst and born-for-this-role comedian Joel Creasey have just been revealed as the hosts of SBS‘ Eurovision Song Contest coverage, taking over from longstanding guns Julia Zemiro and Sam Pang.
SBS made the announcement via a suitably fab video, featuring just enough in the way of bodycon dresses, gacked headwear and gold sequins to tide you over until the May competition.
Spicks & Specks alum and Double J gun Warhurst has already gone ahead and expressed her utter joy at the selection, and although his hotpants situation indicated a considerable amount of glee, we expect Creasey to go off-chops on social media at any moment.

The duo will be on deck in Kiev, Ukraine to catch 17-year-old Isaiah Firebrace represent for ‘Straya. Yes, our geographically-illogical inclusion in the competition is still boggling, but we’re stoked to catch Warhurst and Creasey rep for the X-Factor winner from May 12.
