Frances Bean Cobain has somehow avoided having the artistic legacy left by Kurt Cobain land on her little teenage shoulders – probably because we’ve been so mesmerised by Courtney Love’s bottomless bag of crazy. So now, quietly and inconspicuously, Frances Bean is holding her first solo art exhibition under the pseudonym ‘Fiddle Tim’ at La Luz Se Jesus Gallery in Los Angeles.
The show of the 17-year-old’s collection of illustrations entitled ‘Scumfuck’ opened on July 2nd running until August 1st but has already sold out. Dark, intense stuff – just as you would expect from someone whose dad killed himself and whose mum is an estranged raving lunatic.
