Big news if you love both big choons and the sheer, unapproachable beauty of an orchestra at full tilt: the headlining act for the upcoming Red Bull Academy Weekender in Sydney is fan favourite Flight Facilities appearing with our very own Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
The Red Bull Academy Weekender is a big four day festival/city takeover which is coming to Sydney in September, which will feature 40 artists and 12 shows across four days. It’s curated by Jimmy Sing of Goodgod.
It’s inspired by a similar show they did last year with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra – which obviously tickled the punters pink because they’re back for more.
The show is on the 10th of September at Sydney’s The Domain. It’s got a massive capacity of 15,000 people, so it’s gonna be a big ‘un.
