Radiohead fans can put down the razorblades; there will be another small release of tickets closer to their November Australian tour dates.
The highly coveted tickets will come from cancelled purchases that have breached terms and conditions. Yes, justice may yet be dealt to the douche bags who are selling general admission tickets for $500+.
Chugg Entertainment posted this announcement about the final release on their Facebook page:
“So, there’s been a lot of questions regarding when & how cancelled Radiohead tickets will be released back to sale. These tickets (and any other potential new releases) won’t be made available for sale at this time. We’ll be releasing them closer to the tour dates and any announcements in relation to this will appear on this page, as well as our website.”
As all Australian Radiohead shows were sold out in minutes, it’s fair to wonder how quickly this last handful will go. Maybe there’s a fairer allocation method we could explore? Lucky dip? Willy Wonker-style chocolate bars? Gladiatorial death match?
