As if it hadn’t already been made abundantly clear through a series of hints as subtle as a brick through a window, Ed Sheeran is now confirmed to bring his tiny guitar to a series of huge stadiums around Australia and New Zealand.
The copper-topped troubadour will be heading Down Under next March, which should just be long enough for groundskeepers at each respective venue to prepare for the most trying evening of their lives.
It’ll be the first time Sheeran will grace our shores since a handful of appearances in February, and it’ll be his first fully-fledged tour since 2015. That’s a few years between drinks, but it all makes sense when you remember he essentially took an entire year off, just because.
