Super tough, badass, shoot-you-down-with-half-a-stare one second, deer in the headlights the next. All it took to throw Iggy Azalea totally off her game was some malfunctioning in-ear foldback. Who would’ve thought?
Trying to slam down a shithot performance of her single “Fancy” for the US Dancing With The Stars, Iggy got woefully lost in the opening strains as whatever it was she was hearing just wasn’t lining up with what she was supposed to be doing. And just like that, out came the Ocker.
But… damn it, she was just so gosh darned polite about the whole thing. Even on Twitter later, where she managed to find the balance between both her polite, Byron shire, “Thank you very much for dinner, Mrs Walters. It was excellent.” and the take-no-prisoners, speak-no-bullshit badass we all know and love.
Iam so sorry guys! My in ears messed up and I couldn’t hear the track. The dramas of live TV. Shit happens. Still really enjoyed it.
