Earl Sweatshirt Punches Stage-Intruder At Sydney Gig

Things have already heated up during Earl Sweatshirt‘s brief Australian tour, as old m8 threw a punch at a fan who attempted to grab his mic on stage at Max Watt’s in Sydney last night. Security quickly hopped to, kicking the crasher offstage.

While Pitchfork originally reported the fan was trying to “hug” Earl, a spokesperson for Earl Sweatshirt said, “That fan is not hugging him. He approached from behind and his arms are around Earl’s face and neck.” Dude, duh.

Observe.

WOAH.

Earl Sweatshirt is set to hit Splendour In The Grass tonight, before finishing up his tour with shows in Melbourne on Tuesday and Perth on Wednesday.
