Amidst the slew of celebrity gossip in 2016, there were two couples who really took the heat. While Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift took the crown for the most straight-up disturbing union, Drake and Rihanna‘s legit romantic dalliance was just a beautiful sight to behold.
There were rumours for years that Aubrih were an actual thing, and with all the PDA that was happening onstage and at clubs last year, it looked like it was a done deal.
Then, it seemed, that it was over before it ever truly began. There was a terrifying moment where Drizzy himself was linked to Taylor, and now it’s semi-official that he is hanging out with the inimitable J-Lo, and Ri Ri is allegedly pretty peeved.
She’d be all the more pissed now, I reckon, ‘cos rumour has it that Drake threw some serious shade at his ex at an NYE bash.
Chernéy Amhara, a reporter at FOX News, was at Las Vegas nightclub Hakkasan where Drake was performing. As his DJ began to spin the hit track ‘Work‘ – a duet with Rihanna – Drake ultimately requested that the DJ change the tune, apparently saying “that was an old vibe.”

Hoo boy – we should probably brace ourselves for some very A-list drama to go down. Considering he started playing the song purely as motive to diss Rihanna, that really ain’t cool.
Fuel is only added to this fire with the news that J-Lo herself was at the event – reportedly turning down a $1.4 million scheduled appearance to support her rumoured beau.
