Drake Confirms Fatherhood Rumours, Says He Has A Son On New LP ‘Scorpion’

Rap megastar Drake has admitted he is a father, using tracks on his new record Scorpion to directly address his long-rumoured son.

New cut Emotionless carries the bars “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world / I was hiding the world from my kid.”

That’s a direct response to incendiary claims made by Pusha-T, who used his brutal diss track The Story Of Adidon to state “You are hiding a child, let that boy come home.”

March 14, which comes at the tail end of the double LP, finds Drake making the promise “if I’m not dead, then I’m dedicated.”

He also discusses the difficulty of being away from his son, rapping “I only met you one time, introduced you to Saint Nick / think he must have brought you like 20 gifts.”

The admission caps off a period of intense speculation, but some details are yet to be clarified.

The Story Of Adidon suggested a woman named Sophie is the mother of the child; TMZ reports that in 2017 French woman Sophie Brussaux claimed to have fallen pregnant with Drake’s child.
