After months of speculation and rumours, could a Blur Australian tour be on the verge of confirmation? According to the band’s touring company a jaunt down under is definitely in the pipeline.
In an interview Ian Huffam of X-Ray Touring revealed that “Blur is planning a relatively extensive world tour next year, including Europe, Japan, South America and Australia.”
With the band having recently announced spots on the lineup for Primavera Sound in May 2013, then the Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium next July, could we potentially be seeing Blur as the 2013 Splendour In The Grass headliner? Let’s hope so…
