Courtney Love has lost legal guardianship of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain after a Los Angeles Court transferred financial and personal custody of the 17 year old to Wendy O’Connor and Kimberly Dawn Cobain – Kurt Cobain’s mother and sister respectively.
According to TMZ “The guardianship was established after a fairly long period of unstable conduct by Courtney Love.” Which is legal jargon for “this bitch is crazy”. The exact reason for Frances Bean’s change in guardianship is unknown at this point. It is also unknown whether Love will start another Twitter account to rant about sodomizing the law.
