While the earth momentarily stopped spinning and the vast majority of the global population cheered at the news that Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z were pregnant again – this time with twins – there were a small percentage of us who instead had this response:
“Oh wow! That’s so amazing!! Twins, that’s sooooo cute! Awwww…oh. Oh wait. Shit. Is she still headlining Coachella? How far along will she be when Coachella is on? EIGHT MONTHS? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING? WITH TWINS? OH MY GOD, SHE’S NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO MOVE. I’m selling my ticket. Fuck this shit. Fuck. This. Shit.”
This is a completely understandable response, but never fear – sources say there’s no reason to sell your ticket. Somehow, Beyoncé is still gonna perform.
TMZ reports that sources close to the planning of Coachella say Bey is definitely not planning on pulling out of the festival.
They reckon she’s already booked two surprise guests to join her onstage at the hugely popular festival. And no, we’re not talking about the 2 x babby – we’re talking about 2 musicians who’ll appear during her set. She’s allegedly already booked accommodation for them all.
One of the surprise guests is said to be signed with Roc Nation (Jay-Z‘s label); the other is not, but is still someone very close to Beyoncé. However, both allegedly knew she was pregnant before she announced it to the world via a highly-stylised Instagram photo.
Sources say the two artists have completely blocked out their schedules for the gig, and ‘there’s no going back now’.
Fuck actually knows how she’ll STAND UP to perform while 7 – 8 months preggo with twins, let alone even get close to having 5% of the energy usually exerted during a regular Bey show. Like, we don’t even understand the physics of this. But we’ll soon see.
