Ciara dealt legal papers mid-performance, Will One-Two Step To Court

Musician responsible for modern sexually-charged classics like “One Two Step” and “Body Moves,” Ciara, has been served in the middle of her performance on Saturday at an L.A Gay Pride Event.

From someone she initially understood to be a fan, Ciara was handed what she thought might be a stack of gushy, idolising, Ciara-centric fan mail.

Still singing while quickly skimming the documents, she appeared to realise the matter at hand was, in fact, more sinister than CIARA4EVA best singer 3V@. She tossed the subpoena back at the crafty legal lore and kept singing, ostensibly trying to shake the painful moment when she performed a hit and run or thought she was Winona Ryder in the grocery store.

JK, she’s actually being sued for not showing up to a performance earlier this month. According to the lawsuit, which TMZ got their hands on, the singer reportedly signed a $10,000 deal to perform at The Factory in Los Angeles before bailing out at the last minute, leaving the club high and dry with no headline act. Her representatives beg to differ, asserting she backed out before a deal was in concrete.
