If by some absolutely miraculous reason you’ve found yourself in the queue for Childish Gambino tickets to his one-off show at the Sydney Opera House then good lord DO NOT MOVE, because the high demand of people wanting those tickies completely crashed the Opera House site.
It’s not even the general sale, either. We’re talking presale here, people.
And even once people had somehow managed to get through the manic rat race to grab a spot in the queue (how’d your heartrate goin’?) it turned out that line was a solid 2000+ long. And then it paused.
Good lord, the Opera House’s Forecourt only has a capacity of about 6000 (according to the site) so I can’t imagine everyone scored themselves a seat in the house.
So did anyone actually get Childish Gambino tickets or is that just an urban legend?

Surely this must mean that the super high demand of tickets to see ya boy Don Glover (aka. Dong Lover) is going to result in at least a second show being announced. Please, for the sake of this idiot who completely forgot to get herself a ticket.
General sale goes up on Friday June 29 at 12pm over on the Opera House site, so keep your eyes peeled if you wanna score a spot at the big debut gig in the House in November.
