Much to the impatience of their devoted fan base, amazing Canadian indie-rock collective Broken Social Scene rarely and irregularly record albums, but finally – after a five year gap – they’re returning with a brand spankin new album: Forgiveness Rock Record and have released the first single as a free download.
It’s called “World Sick” and is a sprawing, orchestral, densely layered, uplifting, seven-minute mini epic.
