Tell Dad To Remain Calm, But Bon Jovi Just Revealed An Aussie Stadium Tour

What’s that? Rock music’s stranglehold on pop culture has diminished each year since 1992? An entire generation of listeners wasn’t even alive when Nevermind came out? And that album itself was effectively a backlash to the over-the-top theatrics of 80s stadium rock?

Sorry, we can’t hear you over the sounds of a Bon Jovi tour announcement, baybey!

Jon Bon Jovi and his merry crew of prancing rock stalwarts have just announced an Australian stadium tour for December, revealing they’ll play the hits in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Sydney.

The tour is effectively in service of their new album This House Is Not For Sale, but we kinda expect fans to chant “this is not from Slippery When Wet.”

Cop the dates below:

Saturday December 1
Melbourne
Melbourne Cricket Ground

Tuesday December 4
Adelaide
Botanic Park

Thursday December 6
Brisbane
QSAC

Saturday December 8
Sydney
ANZ Stadium

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 29. You can scope out more info on the release times HERE if that’s your bag.
